Delete your QuotiDei account
Deletion is irreversible. There is no way to recover your progress, coins or achievements once you confirm.
Just want a fresh start? If what you want is to erase your match history, your streaks and your achievements while keeping your account, you do not need to delete it: use Settings → Danger Zone → Reset Stats and Achievements within the App. It erases your progress on this device and in your connected Google account.
Option 1 — From your browser (no install required)
QuotiDei also runs in the browser. Open Settings, sign in with the same account and use Danger Zone → Delete account and data.
Option 2 — From the installed app
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account and data. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm, and to sign in again if your account is linked to Google.
Option 3 — By email
If you cannot access your account, write to zenppon33@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account", from the email address linked to your account. We process requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier, your email and your display name.
- Your progress, your statistics and your coin inventory.
- Your friends, your friend code and your entries in leaderboards and duels.
- Your authentication account, removed at the end of the process.
What is kept
- Matches against other players stay in your opponent's history, without your name or photo: they are that person's record too. Any match still in progress is closed in your opponent's favour.
- Your suggestions and content reports are kept without the link to your account, because they describe the puzzle and not you.
- Diagnostics and analytics data (Crashlytics, Analytics), which do not identify you.
- Minimal records, only where a legal obligation requires it.
Timing
Options 1 and 2 delete your account immediately. By email, within 30 days of receiving the request.
